About this Event
Caretakers spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone else that they often end up with very little capacity left for themselves.
Whether caregiving is your profession or a role you’ve stepped into for a loved one, the mental, emotional, physical, and even financial stress can slowly wear on your body.
The difficult reality is that even during stressful seasons of life, your body still needs movement.
But at Enhancing Life Personal Training, we understand that traditional exercise can feel overwhelming when you’re already exhausted.
While we’re known for helping people get stronger through strength training, we’re also known for teaching restorative movement practices that help people move more while simultaneously taking stress away from the body and mind.
These movements are not intense, they’re intentional.
Over the years, through working with our clients, families, and community partners like Magnolia Springs Assisted Living and Always Best Care Senior Services, we’ve realized there simply isn’t enough support for caretakers.
That’s why we’re offering this free one-hour workshop specifically for caregivers.
In this workshop, you’ll learn simple restorative movement routines you can realistically implement into daily life, movements designed to help your body feel supported instead of drained.
People who practice these restorative routines often report:
• Less stiffness
• Less pain
• Reduced stress
• Improved awareness of their body
• A little more energy throughout the day
Most importantly, these routines are designed to work with your current capacity, not against it.
If you spend your life caring for others, this hour is meant to give something back to you.
