Caregiver Klatch

1. Brainstorm
   What do You need to talk about this week? Write it on a giant Post-It note. You can write several Post-It notes if you have a lot on your mind!
2. Pitch!
   Now, everyone sticks their ideas on the wall and explains each in 1-2 sentences.
3. Prioritize
   You get three tallies to vote with. You can put them all on your favorite topic or divvy them up as you choose. Everyone does this. Just go to the wall and mark your tallies on the Post-It notes with the ideas you like. The topics with the most votes get talked about first.
4. Manage the conversation flow
   A timer will let us know when we have talked about a topic for 8 minutes. Then we vote to see if we still want to discuss it some more or, if we are ready, move on to the next idea.
5. Takeaways
   In the last 15 minutes, we will reflect on some of the key takeaways from the discussions.

All of this is done over good food and drinks with other people on a similar journey as you are.
