Caregiver Connections: Dementia Support GroupHas someone you love been diagnosed with dementia? You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Caregiver Connections is a monthly, in-person support group for caregivers, family members, and friends of those experiencing memory loss. Led by Kati Knox, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Life Coach, and Advocate, this gathering provides practical tips, helpful resources, and a compassionate space to share concerns, ask questions, and connect with others who truly understand the challenges of caregiving.
Through open conversation and expert guidance, participants gain tools and encouragement to better support their loved ones—and themselves. Whether you are new to caregiving or have been on this path for some time, you are welcome here.
