This special recruitment event features a career panel of Boston women, sharing honest insights on navigating early career growth, overcoming challenges, and building meaningful, successful paths.

Whether you’re just starting out, exploring a career pivot, or looking to expand your network, you’ll leave with practical advice and a fresh perspective you can apply immediately.

May 28 – Entrepreneurship

Lauren Chapman

Curriculum and Academic Services AdministratorHarvard Law School Harvard Extension, Southern New Hampshire University, Salem State University

Lauren is a Boston-based actor and improvisor, as well as a Higher Education Administrator at Harvard Law School. She has helped lead small theaters as a producer, run corporate workshops and coached performers on public speaking, and spends many, many hours ensuring students at HLS remain on track for graduation, providing guidance on academic requirements and institutional policies. Across all her work, communication and organization are always key components. Lauren is a Notary Public, holds an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Creative Writing and Literature.

Meg Rearick

VP of Community Self-Employed Florida State University

Meg Rearick is an operations and data strategist who helps untangle complex information and systems. She brings order to operational chaos, translating data into practical tools leaders and teams can actually use, whether that means improving workflows, building better reporting, or getting more value out of systems like CRMs.

An active volunteer in her community, Meg shares a passion for helping organizations with strong missions work more clearly and efficiently so they can focus their energy on the impact they’re trying to make.

Angela Williams

Senior Vice President, Senior Investment Analyst CIBC Private Wealth Smith College, NYU

Angela Williams is a senior investment analyst in CIBC Private Wealth’s Boston office, with over 20 years of industry experience. In this role, she is responsible for manager due diligence and selection for CIBC Private Wealth’s Multi-Manager Investment Program.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Angela served as a senior manager on the Raytheon Technologies corporate pension plan, where she focused on defined contribution plans and fixed income investments. Previously, she served as an investment analyst at Prime Buchholz & Associates, focusing on nonprofit clients.

Angela earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and information technology from NYU Stern and a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from Smith College. She obtained a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern Executive Education. Angela also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation."

Colleen O'Hara

VP of Branding (JL), Sales Director (LIONS)

Colleen has been a member of the Junior League for over a decade, holding multiple leadership positions, currently as VP of Branding. Professionally, she is an accomplished global brand marketer with 12 years of experience leading strategic marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Beyond her work with the Junior League, Colleen serves as an Advisor to Bottom Line, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the divide of educational inequities by supporting college students to get into college, graduate, and go far.
