Are you a woman ready to inspire the next generation? Become a Role Model at the Inspiring Girls Hong Kong Career Fair 2026 — a vibrant, high-energy event where you’ll connect directly with secondary school girls aged 14–16 and help them see a world of possibilities.
What is the Career Fair?
Inspiring Girls Hong Kong brings together ambitious girls from diverse backgrounds with inspiring female professionals like you. Through interactive experiences, we expand their career horizons, build foundational soft skills — confidence, communication, and leadership — and show them that they can dream without limits and architect their own futures.
Our Goal
To create a Hong Kong where every girl belongs, can dream without limits, and is empowered to shape her own path. By connecting girls with real female role models, we break down gender and cultural stereotypes, bridge intergenerational gaps, and unlock their full potential.

Event Format: Free-Flow Throughout the Day
This is a dynamic, free-flowing event where girls move freely between interactive stations all day long. As a Role Model, you’ll:
- Participate in our Human Library — every Role Model gets the chance to share their personal story in small, intimate conversations with curious girls
- Have the opportunity to join SolveHers Ideation Workshops — either discussing ideas with the girls or facilitating lively table sessions as they brainstorm and stress-test their “big ideas”
- Meet and mingle with other female role models of diverse industries.
The atmosphere is energetic, supportive, and celebratory — you’ll cheer on the girls as they present ideas, reward their courage to ask questions and speak up, and become part of their visible “sisterhood” of encouragement.
Flexible Time Commitment
We make it easy to fit this meaningful experience into your schedule. Simply choose the slots that work best for you:
- Morning (the first 1–2 hours) and/or
- Afternoon (1–2 hours later in the day)
You can participate in the morning only, afternoon only, or both — whatever allows you to contribute your time and energy comfortably.
Online induction is required — once completed, just bring your real experiences, enthusiasm, and a desire to uplift young girls.
