• are low-income individuals
• meet citizenship, residency, or other approved status requirements
• meet background requirements
• are ready and motivated to succeed

You Must bring the following documents with you to the event to enroll in the program:

• High School Diploma or Transcripts
• IEP (if you had one in school) or 504 Plan
• Valid ID or Drivers License
• Social Security Card
• Parent ID (if a minor)
• Birth Certificate (if a minor)
• Immunization Records (from school or doctor)
• 2 Forms Signed (DocuSign)
• Proof of Low Income (minimum of 6 paystubs, SNAP Letter or Public Assistance Letter)
• Health Insurance Card Front & Back
