About this Event
Industry convergence, the rise of AI and more dispersed and disconnected workforces are all creating the perfect storm. HR sits in the eye of this storm, seeking to support people’s career development requests to upskill and adapt to this disruptive change. Workforces meanwhile have become more demanding of a compelling, flexible employer proposition and rapid career growth.
Join the HR Community from the Southern Region for a CIPD seminar on "Career development in a changing world of work,". Our guest speaker, John Fitzgerald author of ‘Future Proof Your Career’ will share practical insights from his work with hundreds of Organisations in helping them to rethink how they prepare their people to anticipate and adapt for the future of work.
John believes we have become distracted from the real problem we should be trying to solve: “How to make work more human?”.
Don’t miss this chance to gain a fresh perspective from one of Ireland’s leading voices in career management and change consulting.
Registration is starting at 5.30pm with tea/coffee, the session will begin at 6pm and will conclude by 7pm.
Parking options include Penrose Wharf/Kent train station (ACOA app)
Note: Tickets for this event are expected to be in very high demand. Should your circumstances change and you can no longer attend the event in person, please cancel your ticket and/or let us know as soon as possible.
