Career Conversation - Sip & Play Cafe

Career Conversations events are a chance to meet others who are also facing challenges in their work-life or job search. You can be a part of encouraging conversations and making connections that help each other move closer to our career aspirations. Step away from the computer and have some in-person interaction with friendly people!
No need to be ontime, you can arrive between 10:30-12:30 (if people want to stay longer, they can!).

PRESENTATION ON NETWORKING SKILLS: From 10:30am-11:00am I (Amy Miller) will be presenting and facilitating a short discussion on the topic of: "Networking is about give and take: How can I bring value to others while having career conversations?" We will talk about what you have to offer that you may not realize. And, how to respond when you don't know how to help but want to keep the conversation going.

The rest of the event will be informal, just talking with each other freely about anything related to jobs/careers.
