Are you a caregiver who is feeling depleted and could use some love and support?

We will offer a nurturing 90 minutes of light movement, meditation, breathing and sharing brought to you by skilled facilitators called to care for caregivers like you!
No experience necessary. No fee or proof of caregiving; this is open to anyone.
Registration is required and space is limited to 20.
