Sound Journey

Experience a transformative evening sound. You will be guided through a soothing sound journey with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, chimes and other sound healing instruments. The sound bath will help bring your mind and body into a deeply relaxed state.

Whether you're new or experienced, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, renewed and ready to move forward. No prior experience necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart.

Check-in: Please plan to arrive at the Kiva by 5:45 PM to get settled on your mat.

Start Time: Doors will close, and the experience will begin promptly at 6:00 PM to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted journey for all. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late admittance cannot be accommodated, and refunds are unavailable for no-shows.

We will provide each participant with one:

• Yoga mat
• Bolster
• Blanket

You are welcome to bring your own props for added comfort: an extra pillow for your head or knees, an additional blanket, or an eye mask to enhance your experience.

We kindly ask that you remain mindful of your neighbors during this shared community journey, respecting hygiene, health, personal space, and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
