Schedule: Fridays, 4:30 – 6:00 PM
Dates: 11/14/25-12/19/25
Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval (Co-ed)
Note: No classes week of 11/24 or 12/22 – 12/31
Students should bring hand wraps and 14 oz gloves.
All other training equipment is provided.
