Cardio Dance Party with Born To Be Alive Community Wellness Club.Move your body, raise your heart rate, and boost your mood. The party will include dance routines, freestyle tracks, & more.
Suitable for adults & teenagers. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Go crazy or take it easy! The pace is up to you. This is NOT a serious dance class & no previous dance experience is necessary. Just be ready to get lost in the music & have a good laugh.
This event is upstairs in Knightswood Community & there are no lifts. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. There will be seating for those who would like to take rest breaks. If you have any health concerns please inform Eilidh prior to the party.
This is a FREE community wellness club activity.
Our honesty box will be open for those who have asked about donating to the club’s funds.
