A 30-minute all-level friendly Barre workout. Moves will be fast paced but modifications will be offered so all levels are comfortable taking this class. Barre moves are designed to work multiple muscle groups at a time, so in 30 minutes you’ll feel the burn!

Held indoors if windy/cold or too hot -- and outdoors if sunny and nice
