About this Event
The Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2025 is our opportunity to say a huge thank you to the people who volunteer and who have made a significant contribution by going above and beyond to support you, your community, voluntary services, or activities in Cardiff.
This year’s Awards will be a HYBRID event - when booking, please choose the appropriate ticket - virtual or in-person.
When: The event takes place at 4:30pm on Thursday, 27 November 2025. Please join us for refreshments (vegetarian options will be available) from 3:30pm when you will also have the opportunity to network and meet our nominees.
Where: In Person in Portland House and Online via Zoom. If you are joining the celebrations online, please note that a joining link will be sent to you via email closer to the event date.
Please join us as we celebrate volunteers in the following categories:
- Volunteer of the Year (Over 25 Years of age)
- Young Volunteer of the Year (age 25 Years and Under)
- Volunteer Group of the Year
- Volunteer Coordinator of the Year
- Trustee of the Year
- Outstanding Community Volunteer
- Inclusive Business of the Year
- VW Most Active Volunteer*
- VW Most Active Provider*
- Youth Led Grant Project of the Year*
* Winners are drawn for these categories from Volunteering-Wales and the Youth Volunteer Grant programme so are not open for a public vote

Please note on your order if you will require BSL interpretation during the Awards event.
Everyone is encouraged to speak in their preferred language. Though C3SC may not have live interpretation/translation in all languages at the event, our team collectively speak 16 languages and will do our best to support you.
