About this Event

C-Card Training: Supporting Young People’s Sexual Health

This one day C-Card training is designed for professionals and youth workers who support young people aged 13–25. The course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver the C-Card scheme safely and effectively within your setting.

Training includes:

Understanding the C-Card scheme and registration process
Safely issuing condoms and record keeping
Confidentiality, safeguarding, and legal considerations
How to have open, age-appropriate conversations about sexual health
Exploring relationships, consent, and communication
Practical demonstrations and interactive activities

By the end of the training, you’ll be fully qualified to operate as a C-Card provider and support young people to make informed, safe choices about their sexual health and relationships.
