A Refresher course for those who have completed the Nottinghamshire C-Card Registration training within the past three years.
About this Event

PLEASE NOTE - C Card training is online via Microsoft Teams. The link to join the training will be emailed to you a few days before the date of the training.

All attendees will be required to complete the Basic Sexual Health and C Card E-Learning prior to the course. This will be emailed to you a week before the training.

Aim

To enable participants to obtain up to date information about the Nottinghamshire C-Card Scheme, the procedures involved, and to provide role clarification and sexual health information.

Intended for:

Those staff who have already completed C-Card Registration Training. Attending this course is required every 3 years.

Objectives

To have the confidence and skill to successfully register young people onto the C-Card scheme.
Raised awareness of some of the complex issues that young people may have with regards to their sexual health and relationships.
Increased knowledge and awareness of sexual health services, and be able to signpost young people to them.

Courses are FREE of charge to ALL those who work with young people in Nottinghamshire County.
