CaraMayan Fitness Training day is a one day workshop brought to you by ICDFANZ (International Christian Dance Fellowship of Aotearoa NZ) and taught by Mary Jones from Australia, founder of ICDF (International Christian Dance Fellowship) and Director of CaraMayan. CaraMayan is gentle movement and stretch fitness with a meditation focus on Biblical scripture.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a pilates mat if you have one (or a towel if you don't), a water bottle, your own lunch and running shoes for an outdoors activation (weather permitting). Morning and afternoon tea refreshments will be provided. There will be resources for sale at the workshops plus video links to allow you to continue to practice what you have learned on the day.
