The Oviedo Police Department is the host site for another Car Seat Check Up event on Thursday, December 18, 2025 in the back of PD.The event is from 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the police department located at 300 Alexandria Blvd., Oviedo.
Parents, grandparents and caregivers are welcome to drive up and have their car seats checked to make sure they are properly installed. 4 out of 5 car seats are used incorrectly and we want to make sure our kids are safe during this busy holiday season, especially if you are traveling.
Nationally certified child passenger safety technicians will be on site to assist checking and installing the car seats. This is a FREE service we want to provide to our residents.
Please bring your own car seats.
