On Friday 6th March, I’ll be part of a beautiful International Women’s Day Wellbeing Evening in Romiley — alongside other incredible women, each sharing their own art, products, or offerings in a calm, supportive space 🤍
I’ll be bringing She Soaks, with my three ritual herbal bath tea blends — created from my own experience of PMDD, medically induced menopause, and learning how to feel safe and soothed in my body again.
You’ll be able to:

✨ smell the herbs
✨ choose the blend your body feels drawn to
✨ and (if you’d like) fill a little bath tea bag to take home and try
The whole evening is designed to be relaxed and welcoming, with space to wander, chat, and discover what each woman brings — no pressure, no rush.
