Dale White is an International Coach, Trainer, Exercise Scientist & Business Consultant. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Business & Exercise Science and founded the companies Dale White Coaching & Training, Ripple Fitness, White Lightning Co and The Healthy Lifestyle Transformation.

Dale is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic ProgrammingTM (NLPTM), a Performance Coach and a Graduate of the Tony Robbins Business Mastery Program as well as the Business Blueprint Mentorship Program.

For 17 years, Dale has helped thousands of people and businesses through his programs, coaching, training, and consulting. He specialises in helping people and businesses perform at their highest potential.

Dale is renowned for his high energy presentations that leave the audience both inspired and energised. He is passionate about win-win outcomes and solutions and was recognised for his commitment to helping others with being awarded Logan City Council’s Young Citizen of The Year award in 2014.
