Join us for a women-only Capoeira taster session in South Edinburgh, designed to be welcoming, relaxed and beginner-friendly.

You’ll learn the basics of Capoeira & Samba de Roda — including simple movements, flow and rhythm — guided by an experienced instructor, Kasia, who create a safe, inclusive environment for women of all ages and abilities.

If you’d like to continue, you’ll be invited to sign up for a 6-week women-only course at the end of the session.

Whether you’re completely new to movement or returning after a break, this free session — and the follow-on course — offer a joyful way to build confidence, coordination and connection through movement and music.
