About this Event
The Capital Mile Makers 5K is a simple community run designed for all levels. Whether you walk, jog, or run, this is a relaxed 5K meant to get people moving together at the National Mall.
Expect a welcoming environment, a steady pace, and a supportive group. We’ll warm up together, complete a 5K loop around the Mall, and cool down afterward.
Bring water, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. No timing chips, no pressure, no competition. Just movement, community, and progress.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Show up ready to move and connect with others who are working toward similar goals.
