With TMO’s leadership and public investment, Capital IDEA Houston was founded—built on the understanding that lasting change requires training, opportunity, and support, not just charity.
Today, that vision is a reality. Our graduates triple their wages after completing their programs, 89% move into higher-paying careers, and every $1 invested returns approximately $6.25 to the community. Each success story strengthens Houston’s workforce and vibrancy, creating the legacy of investing in workforce and empowering communities that we celebrate today.
