· Connect with realtors to start your property search if you don’t know where to begin.
· Learn about the CPAF grant and how it offers downpayment assistance to DC-based small business owners seeking to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate.
· Get your questions answered by the CPAF team and join the CPAF email list for updates on CPAF 4.0 in 2025.
