The time has come to announce this year's lineup for the 3rd edition of the Capital City Surf Clash!
I have been wanting to bring the headliner to Sacramento for a while and finally this year it worked out!

Like last year, we once again have a rippin 4 band bill for this year's event! Something that I am dead set on doing with the Surf Clash is going after bands that are adjacent to the surf/instrumental genre, bands inspired by or who have lineage to the surf niche. This year, 3LH is that band!
3LH: Taking inspiration from 60’s surf, fuzz, punk and reverb-filled guitar tones, 3LH brings a sense of newness to a classic sound. Comprised of Rafa Heredia (Guitar/ Vocals), Johnny Villanueva (Keys/Guitar) Kevin Carranza (Drums) Favian Vega (Bass), 3LH deliver the tones of the likes of guitar virtuosos like Link Wray, The Kinks, mixed with the garage / punk sensibilities of modern acts like The Growlers, The Frights and Tijuana Panthers.
The Greasy Gills: Three creatures playing high octwang instrumental rock 'n' roll music. We are beyond stoked to have this killer trio joining us for this year's event. Hailing from Oakland, CA, they bring an energy that is infectious, playing sticky originals as well as takes on some vintage surf tunes.
Dangerforce 5: Surf/Tiki instrumental supergroup brought together under the guidance of Professor Jimi Chimichanga, esq. Hometown boys, Dangerforce 5 kick off this year's festivities with a high energy live show. Who knows what they will bring to this years show? Only one way to find out!
