About this Event
Our team of trained cycle mechanics will once again be on tour this Summer helping to get more people cycling, more often and more safely. So whether its a squeaky brake or a slow puncture that slowing you down pop along and see the team.
Due to high demand we recommend bookings a ticket through Eventbrite, whilst we will do our best to see everyone who comes along to one of our events we will prioritise those who attend with a pre-booked ticket.
The team are able to make general adjustments and fix most simple faults with your bike whilst you wait, however any repair that needs more specialist tools or that would take our mechanics much longer than your assigned appointment may not be able to be carried out. Best of all, its free. If the team cannot fix your bike at an event they'll give you advice on what needs doing and where you can go to get it fixed near you.
Please note that you need one ticket per bike you are intending to bring along. To be fair to everyone we ask that no more than three bikes per household are brought along to any one event. Remember that if you are bringing three bikes then you'll need to book three tickets.
There will be a 30 minute time slot printed on each ticket, please try and be there within that period, it will help us keep any queues to a minimum and will mean that you get seen by our team quicker.
Our Doctor Bike events are regularly sold out so you can help us by cancelling your ticket if for any reason you are no longer able to attend the event. That way, your space can be given to someone else.
We will be visiting each site regularly throughout the summer so if one event is fully booked look out for another one near you.
After you've been to see the team we'll send you a short evaluation survey, please take a couple of minutes to fill that in . You feedback is really helpful and means we can plan better events in the future.
