Cape Fear River Rendezvous is our annual community based paddle trip. This will be our 3rd year hosting this event in conjunction with ACA's Summer Solstice program. We will start at NCWRC's Wildlife Road and paddle 8 miles to the public takeout at the Cape Fear River Trail Park in Erwin. This trip is open to everyone and registration is not required. The 8 miles section does contain some rapids but all are beginner friendly for all types of kayaks, canoes, and even a paddleboard if you are up to 8 miles. The last couple trips have had over 40 paddlers so it must be fun. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer.
