About this Event
On April 24th, join us for a Cap City Shake Out Run! Meet at 5:30 PM at Brassica for a relaxed 3-mile jog through the Short North—perfect before race day or if you just want to get a run in. Expect the run to take about 25–45 minutes at an easy, conversational pace. Powered by lululemon and led by lululemon ambassador Michael Fragoulis, with goodies (while supplies last), community vibes, and post-run treats.
Runners are encouraged to grab their race packets during Packet Pick Up at Vue Columbus (95 Liberty St.): Friday, April 24 (11 AM–7 PM).(0.5 miles from starting location)
On race day (April 25th), lululemon will have a cheer tent at Mile 12—open to the public! If you have friends or family coming to support you, direct them there to cheer you on and be part of the energy.
