Painting has been a great medium throughout time in supporting people to express themselves visually through whatever life experiences they are navigating, weather they be easy or challenging.
In this time of great shifts in the world, we are called to gather together and to create that which we wish to see in this world, To be who we need to be, Our true authentic selves.
Art Therapy is a wonderfilled way to bring us together so come join us to experience art & yourself like you may never have before, through sacred ceremony, introspection, healing and creating anew.
This will be a nourishing Spiritual Journey through your self, and then activated into an art piece for you to take home.
Open to all, no matter your level of experience or inexperience.

Time: 11am- 4pm

**Please bring:
•Apron/old shirt etc so you don’t get paint on your good clothes.
•Camp/folding chair, cushion, yoga mat etc so you can comfortably sit.
•Water bottle
•Hat if needed
•Whatever other extra painting supplies you like to use for yourself.
•Any special dietary needs foods.
ABOUT THE HOSTS:
Warami my name is Boorroo Nikki Parsons and I’m a local Wandiwandean, Walbunja, Wawarrawarri Woman of the Dhurga & Dharug language speaking people.
I’m also a Mother, Grandmother & Aunty, Artist, Traditional Weaver, Healer & Spirit Medicine Woman.
My passions are family, culture, nature, healing, photography, and being creative.
I started my journey of painting to get my self out of the deep grief of loss. It was a personal need that has now turned into one of my greatest passions.
Holly Rhodes is a visionary community weaver, shamanic practitioner, and founder of Unity Dreaming — a living movement devoted to restoring right relationship with self, community, and Earth.
Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern leadership, creating spaces where women can remember their power, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their sovereignty. From founding the Travelling Vulva Tent — a sacred red space for feminine awakening — to co-creating Unity Camps and regenerative land projects, Holly is devoted to cultural healing, embodiment, and collective liberation.
With a background in holistic health, energy work, and community building, Holly’s facilitation is grounded, courageous and deeply heart-led. She is passionate about truth-telling, decolonising the feminine, and empowering people to live in integrity, vitality and freedom. Dreaming of a more unified world.
