As the golden sun rises over the ocean and the world begins to soften, come join us for a morning of expression, release and quiet presence.

Canvas & Coastline is a monthly beachside abstract painting group designed to regulate your nervous system, reconnect you to yourself, and remind you what it feels like to slow down. With sand beneath your feet, salt air on your skin and the rhythm of the waves as your soundtrack, you will be gently guided to paint not with rules but with feeling. Using your hands, movement and intuition, this is a space to express, exhale and arrive back in your body.

Grounding prompts, gentle music and the natural medicine of the ocean will support you in creating something that is entirely and honestly yours. This is not about making a masterpiece. It is about meeting yourself gently in colour and light, and finding that the process itself is the gift.

We will follow the morning painting portion with 30 minutes of calming breath and sound healing to fully nourish the soul and give your nervous system an extra little hug and grounding before you head off for your day.

Whether you are moving through something heavy, craving connection, or simply ready to step off the treadmill of life for a few hours, this session is for you. No art experience needed. Just a willingness to show up, slow down and be seen.

What to bring:

• Towel
• Water bottle
• A jumper or sweater
• A chair if needed
• A bathing suit if you feel like taking a dip

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and don't mind getting a little paint on.
