All bookings include a non-refundable retainer that secures your session time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered for a refund. Please email for cancellations.

No-shows automatically forfeit their session, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded, as that time slot could have been offered to another attendee.
