Cantillon Zwanze Day At Yazoo

For the first time ever, two Zwanze beers from the same year will be offered side by side! Your ticket includes the 2026 Zwanze glass, 5-6oz pours of all Cantillon event drafts and guest beers. The 2026 T-Shirts are available as an add on to this ticket.

This year, Cantillon collaborated with three young vermouth producers — Paul, Florian, and Vincent, who founded Vermouth Sullivan four years ago, crafting traditional vermouth elixirs.

They created two distinct herbal elixirs, one for each Zwanze beer:

Artémis La Blanche
A blend of lambic with an elixir made from gentian, coriander, rhubarb root, juniper, sage, angelica, wormwood, and many other herbs.

Artémis La Rouge
A blend of kriek with an elixir made from verbena, marjoram, rose, apple, curry plant, wormwood, and other botanicals.

Both beers are 7% ABV.

The name Artémis references Artemisia, the plant family central to absinthe and essential in traditional herbal and root infusions used in vermouth. In Greek mythology, Artémis is the goddess of hunting and nature a fitting tribute to the wild, botanical spirit of these beers.
