Cantabile ends our season by featuring selected movements from Dale Trumbore's luminous A Calendar of Light, juxtaposed with larger choral pieces. As we bask in the arrival of spring, this concert infuses energy and reflects hope through Trumbore's work, Florence Price's Song of Hope, R. Nathaniel Dett's Chariot Jubilee, and Ralph Vaughan Williams' Five Mystical Songs.
