About this Event
We are running a Development Day on Saturday 7th February in Mullingar Harbour. Please register by Monday 2nd February.
These sessions are intended for players with existing canoe polo experience. Participants should have played for at least a year, be familiar with the rules of the game, and able to take part in full gameplay and drills. These sessions are open to players of all ages and levels that want to improve their polo.
We’ll have a mix of senior-level and developing coaches and inviting international/guest coaches to our development days. These days are open to everyone but may also be useful for those trying out for National Squads as we will be doing drills and timed activities so you can see how you are doing and track your own progress in the months ahead.
Each session will be a full day on the water, working on skills, drills, tactics, and gameplay, with plenty of paddling and game time. We will have some indoor sessions for younger players. Players will be split into groups based on experience and ability, so everyone gets the most out of the day.
