Cannoli Class! Learn to Make Cannoli

Owner and operator of Tony Cannoli in Mundelein, Tony “Cannoli” Volpentesta was taught in his Italian grandmother’s kitchen and is in a never-ending pursuit to make the perfect cannoli shells as vehicles for his delectable fillings. Using traditional techniques, Tony will teach you and how make and fill a cannoli. Each participant will make and take home 4 cannoli.
