Taster sessions are a great introduction to canicross. Full kit hire is included for you and your dog, and we take the time to ensure that you are both happy and comfortable with it. It's an informal session with lots of run / walk intervals at whatever pace you are happy with. The session also includes a warm up and cool down, an introduction to commands and lots of tips and advice.
