A decision regarding this change will be made at least 24 hours in advance. The event will not be canceled due to weather, and all tickets will remain valid for entry.
Refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled for something that’s out of our control, and they will be processed directly through Eventbrite in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please note that only the ticket price will be refunded — booking fees charged by the ticketing platform are non-refundable.
