Check-in is from 7:00–7:30pm. This experience is a sanctuary, a safe haven away from the noise. 1.5 hours of total bliss designed to help you pause, exhale, and be poured into.
Join us for our final candlelit evening until Fall 2026. ✨ Live saxophone will carry you through an evening of slow yoga and an immersive sound bath.
The evening begins with a slow yoga flow accompanied by live saxophone and closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other percussion to help melt away stress and reset your nervous system.

Info: The yoga will be slow, juicy, and designed to meet you where you are, no matter your experience level. We’ll close with an immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, and other percussion instruments tuned to healing frequencies.
