This session begins with long‑held, floor‑based Yin Yoga poses designed to release tension in the fascia, quiet the mind, and help your body shift into a parasympathetic state. After the Yin sequence, you’ll settle into a comfortable resting position for a short Yoga Nidra practice — a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” Yoga Nidra invites you into a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can fully relax and the nervous system can reset.
During the Yoga Nidra portion, the soothing tones of bronze bowls will support your descent into deep rest, helping you integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
