Sacred Light Healing and Yoga w/ Devin are coming together to bring a beautiful new offering: Candlelit Yin Yoga + Sound Healing, which is a part of our new series Movement + Sound.
This offering is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself and blends gentle Yin Yoga poses with soothing sound healing to create a space where your body can unwind, your mind can quiet and your spirit can breathe again.
This experience is designed for all ages, all bodies and all levels. No experience needed. Come exactly as you are and we will meet you there. 💖
