Join us in the UNO Center for a workshop focused on practicing mindfulness through movement and dance. We will begin with light stretching and a warm-up to get our bodies ready. Each member is asked to set their own intention, meaning a goal they have for the session. With fun background music, we will explore the different ways our bodies can move, rest, and release.
This class is led by Merudjina Normil, nbCC’s Youth Support Worker, who is a former dance teacher. All are welcome!
