A calm, cosy winter evening designed to melt tension, quiet the mind, and bring you gently back into your body.
Join us for a deeply nourishing Candlelit Yin Yoga session, illuminated by the soft glow of LED candlelight to create a peaceful, grounding atmosphere — perfect for unwinding at the end of the week. Gina will guide you through slow, long-held stretches that release tightness, soothe the nervous system, and invite spaciousness into both body and mind.
This is a fully supported practice, with bolsters and yoga blocks provided for your use throughout the session, allowing you to relax more deeply into each posture. The class is suitable for beginners, seasoned yogis, and anyone craving a warm, restful hour of calm.
Expect soft lighting, steady breath, and a feeling of complete unwinding as you move through gentle, restorative poses.
A beautiful way to close the week and ease into a restful weekend.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket or extra cosy layer
Cushion or bolster (optional – extra comfort encouraged)
