Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at the beautiful Daydream MD office space. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments as you unwind and destress. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy day and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this chance to find peace and tranquility. We can't wait to see you there!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time for check in. The event location, Daydream MD's office space, is Suite #200, on the second floor of the building.
Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online as we do have an event capacity to accommodate.
What to bring to the event:
- Water bottle
- Pillow for under head/neck
- Pillow for under knees if needed (participants will be laying down for the meditation)
- Blanket
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Wear socks or barefoot in the studio
- Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.
