From this relaxed state, you’ll be immersed in a deeply restorative Sound Bath — a powerful reset for your entire nervous system. As you’re bathed in the healing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, your mind will quiet, your body will soften, and your whole being will begin to re-balance.
This isn’t just relaxation. It’s transformation through sound. Through a process called entrainment, the vibrations guide your brainwaves out of stress and into deep calm — where real healing can begin. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and receive.
