Come unwind inside North Park’s new mental-health–focused movement studio, Embodied Truth + Power—a calming community space dedicated to your well-being. 💙
Candlelit Restorative Yoga invites you into a slow, gentle, and deeply calming practice designed to help your body release tension and your mind settle before the week ahead. Using bolsters, blankets, and other supportive props, each posture is held for several minutes to promote nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and full-body relaxation.
This is the perfect Sunday reset if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or simply craving a peaceful way to close out your weekend.
No yoga experience is required—this class is accessible to all bodies and levels. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to rest.
We provide all props—mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps—and you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort.
