We'll move through a gentle, intentional practice designed to release the weight of the week behind you and reset your mind, body, and spirit before a new week begins.

Through slow, mindful movements and restorative breathwork, we'll create space to ground into your body, quiet the noise, and reconnect with your inner calm. The class will be set to a Neo-Soul playlist featuring artists like Cleo Sol, Sade, D'angelo, Alexis Isley and more.

Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, centered, and ready to step into your week with clarity and ease. This is your time to pour back into yourself, surrender to slowness, and feel deeply cared for. All levels are welcome.

About Kaya: Kaya's love for movement radiates with joy, purpose and gratitude and can be felt in each one of the classes that she leads. Originally from New Jersey, Kaya discovered the many benefits of yoga for her own personal practice and shortly after received her yoga certification. Since then she has dedicated herself to expanding her knowledge across numerous movement disciplines to better serve her students.

Her credentials include a B.S. in Kinesiology from Towson University, her 200-hour certification, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor, along with specialized training in functional movement, prenatal yoga, biomechanics and so much more.

As the pioneer behind DC's first Yogalates classes, Kaya has guided thousands of students across the country, creating spaces where people feel seen, reconnect with their inner strength and glow from the inside, out.
