Join us in East Sacramento for our next Candlelit Meditation & Sound Bath experience! Candlelit meditations are meant to be a tranquil experience to soften your body and help you to surrender to the present moment in a calming environment. This 90 minute experience will focus on honoring our sacred cycles of transition and reflection thru our inner wisdom and ancestral guidance. we all have a connection to something that is greater than ourselves and will be using this time to explore that connection and guidance.
