Breathe, relax, and unwind with a soothing yoga practice guided by Libby Volckening accompanied by soft candlelight and a meditative soundscape provided by multi-instrumentalist Win Ridabock. Beginners welcome!

Cost: $20. Space is limited: please register before 8 AM Friday either via our website or MindBody. Registration closes at 5 PM Friday.
Accessibility: Community Yoga & Wellness Center is a scent-free space, located on the second floor and accessible by stairs.
