READ THIS FIRST!
Duration: 90 minutes (60 min Hatha yoga + 30 min Relaxation)
Location: Gallop Extension of Botanic Gardens, SG (directions below)
Bring: Yoga mat, blocks if available, thin blanket or shawl, comfortable clothes, water (inform Pauline in advance if you need a mat to be provided for you)

WHAT TO EXPECT
• 60 minutes of grounding Hatha yoga: A nature-inspired practice focusing on stretching, balance, strength, and fluid transitions. Emphasis on deep breathing, steady focus, and mindful movement, with sequences inspired by the surrounding environment.
• 30 minutes of deep relaxation: Sound Healing or Guided Relaxation
WHO THIS SESSION IS FOR
Best enjoyed by participants who already have some familiarity with yoga.
Absolute beginners are welcome, though the practice may feel challenging at times due to pace, transitions, and time spent holding postures.
HOW TO FIND THE VENUE
Take a taxi or park at the Gallop Extension Car Park.
From there, it’s an 8-minute walk through the gardens.
Follow signs to the Botanical Art Gallery — the practice area is located up the hill nearby.

In case of rain, the session may be relocated to a sheltered outdoor venue in River Valley:

If relocation isn’t possible, the session may be cancelled. In which case participants may either request a refund, or keep their booking as credit for the next session (valid for 1 month).

Meet Your Instructor
Pauline has completed over 1,000 hours of certified teacher training and believes yoga isn’t about perfection, but progress. Her teaching is anatomy-informed, adaptable, and rooted in yoga as a tool for resilience, healing, and self-awareness. She works best with open-minded practitioners who enjoy creative, non-formulaic classes and are curious about exploring new physical experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space. Expect variety, thoughtful challenge, and an approach that values adaptability and a can-do attitude over predictable sequences.
