From the moment you arrive into the warm glow of candlelight until the moment you leave fully blissed out, you’re invited to unwind deeper than you have before.

We’ll begin with a relaxation hour filled with wellness activations designed to deepen your sense of calm.

Once settled, a short guided breath work session draws you inward as you move through a beginner-friendly yin yoga flow, led by Katy Joe, Owner of Lovelight Collective—slow, restorative poses that invite every muscle to soften and every thought to quiet.

As you rest in each pose, the rich resonance of the live cello blends with the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls by Sarah Brown of , wrapping you in a cozy cocoon of sound. Every note vibrates through your body releasing layers of tension and stress.

This is more than a class, it’s a ceremony of rest. A chance to reset your nervous system, ground your energy, and float into the week ahead with a profound sense of peace.
